At Baia Marticana the B & B Option does NOT mean Bed and Breakfast:
Our B&B Option is very different from the traditional concept of Bed and Breakfast that you can find in other tourist facilities in the area which consist of a simple and home-made breakfast offered by the owner.
B&B means to us “room + breakfast” which still guarantees a hotel standard even if it does not include other meals.
Why don’t we have a restaurant?
Some people ask for “half board” or “full board” accomodation, but we intentionally chose not to include these options because our guests would not be free to fully enjoy their holiday and the experiences Cilento can offer, since those options bind the guest to specific places and time.
We are located in Agnone and, like many other villages nearby, it is rich in traditional dishes to be discovered, tasted and maybe reproduced once you are at home.
By choosing not to offer a catering service we want our guest to be relaxed and not forced to always eat at the same time; this gives you the opportunity to chose a different food option daily, prepared by restaurateurs who are passionate about food.
In Cilento you will find restaurants, inns and trattorias where you can taste the typical dishes of the area. We are pleased to recommend you the best places to taste the best flavours and products our land and sea have to offer.
